So, what's the solution for it? The solution is reducing caffeine intake. Reduce your caffeine intake is not only to avoid to consume the coffee, but also reduced to eating other foods that contain caffeine, such as chocolate, tea, soft drinks, and drugs containing caffeine.

Normal caffeine consumption is about 200-300 mg of caffeine or as much as 2-3 cups of coffee. Consumption of caffeine in normal doses can make you more energetic and more concentrated. However, when consumed more than the recommended amount, or consumed during the afternoon or evening, then it can interfere with the quality of your sleep at night and cause you fatigue the next day.

Therefore, it is very important for you to pay attention to the amount of caffeine you consume during the day or evening. Hence, reduce caffeine consumption or at least choose a coffee that has low levels of caffeine (decaffeinated).

An expert at the Institute of Food Technologists mentions that stimulants, such as caffeine, will increase the booster effect of hormones, such as adrenaline. This will cause the heart to work harder, breathe faster, and gives more energy to the body. However, it will only last for approximately 2 hours.

As well as the combination of caffeine with sugar that can improve concentration and performance. It will also be lost its effect after a few hours and you will feel exhausted afterward.

In conclusion, consume everything; including caffeine, in excess will lead to something that is bad for health. Therefore, the things you can do is to consume caffeinated beverages in accordance with the recommended dosage, which is no more than 2-3 cups of coffee per day.

In addition, note also your time for consuming caffeine. Avoid consuming the caffeine after 3 pm because it will disturb your night's sleep later. Or, if you want to drink coffee after 3 pm, consume in low level, so it will not disturb your night's sleep.
