See current conditions, many people are busy with their activities every day so that they are not being able to keep their health. Sleep and rest are one of the key habits of a healthy lifestyle. This is reasonable because the body desperately needs of rest to do an activity again. But if you do not have time to rest properly, you can compensate by eating more, but this is not recommended by health experts. Having enough sleep and rest can also prevent premature aging.

Meditation is one of the effective ways to calm your mind and soul. Tranquility itself is very beneficial for health because it can distance us from the risk of stress which is the source of many diseases and health disorders.

4. Doing Exercise Regularly
A study showed that daily exercise can provide tremendous benefits to health, including increasing age, reduced risk of disease, higher bone density, and weight loss. Just as fruits, vegetables are also important to maintain overall body health. A variety of nutrients and vitamins is very needed by the body to remain healthy. The experts advise, consuming at least 5-9 servings of fruits or vegetables every day to fulfill maximum daily nutritional intake of a body.

7. Choose Food With Bright Color As Antioxidants
Fruits and vegetables with bright colors usually contain high anti-oxidant. Anti-oxidants are required to eliminate and counteract free radicals that can damage important cells in the body.

8. Reduce Fast Food Consumption
You should avoid fast food to get your body healthy. This is due to various reasons such as; nutritional value is often imperfect, the preservatives are added which can be bad for health.

There are many benefits already tested positive of walking barefoot, begin from repairing posture, reducing stress foot, even on your joints. This is because walking barefoot can provide a massage effect that can create a sense of comfort to all parts of your body.
